The Bella Collina Community Development District is excited to announce our new bank draft option (auto pay) for your monthly water, wastewater and irrigation bill!

Once the sign-up is complete and necessary information provided, the payment system will be activated in one to two billing cycles. Please note, your utility account needs to be current in order to successfully launch the program, as no previous balances will be drafted. Successful bank draft option will be confirmed when you receive your water, wastewater, and irrigation bill with a balance of $0.00.
